CROWN REDUCTION

A healthy tree will continue to grow year on year, and eventually might become too large. Perhaps the tree is blocking valuable light or views, or is becoming too close to overhead power lines or neighbouring properties.
The overall size and shape of the top of the tree is referred to as the crown. A crown reduction focuses on work in this area. Our tree experts can reduce the overall crown area by a given amount measured in meters, from the tips of the branches to produce a smaller crown area but retaining the natural species shape.
